Homeowner questions, before you decide
- Is the price I see the price I pay?
- Yes. Your price locks the moment you approve your design, and it never changes afterwards.
- What about tax and installation?
- Sales tax and the service you choose are shown as separate lines before you pay.
- Is the item list exact?
- It's a close estimate of what you receive. Pumpkins and other natural items are mixed and matched from that day's harvest and stock by our design team — you keep the same look, fullness and value.
- Can I choose my own items?
- You choose the package and the look, then approve the design made for your porch. Our team handles the individual pieces so the display comes together properly.
- Who delivers it?
- A local porch decorating crew in your area, using their own products and installers.
For porch decorating businesses
Software plans & fees
This section is for businesses that want to sell porch decorating with PorchTheme — not for homeowners. Every plan includes the full designer and pricing engine; choose whether you'd rather pay monthly or per sale. Card processing fees are billed separately by the payment provider and are never counted inside the PorchTheme fee.

Card processing fees are charged by the payment provider on the amount your customer pays. The PorchTheme percentage above applies to the sale price and is calculated separately.
Business questions
- Can I build and edit my own packages?
- Yes. You add your own items with costs, build packages with exact quantities and allowed variation, set which looks apply, and publish or unpublish whenever you want.
- Do I control pricing?
- Yes. Item costs, markup, labour, travel, warehouse overhead and waste are all yours to set. Every customer price is calculated from those inputs.
- Can homeowners change my recipes?
- No. They pick a package and a look, and approve the design. Your recipe stays the source of truth for pricing, stock and picking.
- Whose brand do customers see?
- Yours — logo, colours and package names. You also set your service area, delivery days and crew capacity.
